this review is long overdue because I ended up hiring them over a long period of time for multiple jobs and wanted to wait until everything was completed. I initially hired Allan for a simple project to paint my basement and ended up expanding the scope of work to paintthe whole house, including major drywall repairs from removing a wet bar and old cable outlets, and replacing the floors in the basement and the main level. He and his crew did excellent work for a very reasonable price. The more projects they completed, the more projects I wanted them to do. He is by the far the best contractor I've ever hired. He is professional, responsive, fair, and candid, which I appreciate. Where there were minor quality issues with a paint or flooring job (which most people wouldn't notice, but I did), Allan was super responsive to get it corrected. He was patient and accommodating with my changing my mind about the paint color after it went on the wall. Overall, he was an absolute pleasure to work with and a good person. I wish him continued success which I know will come his way because of his work ethic and how he deals with people.
